  First time I visited iTech I had my iPhone screen replaced, due to it being shattered, not only were they competitive pricing, the quality was original. I had to revisit there store this evening as my iPhone screen was playing up, being out of the three month warranty period I was prepared for the worst. But generously the team at iTech Gilles plains replaced the screen at no charge!!! I'm so happy with the customer service here and will be coming back and referring friends to these guys. 5 star service and quality.

  Had a tablet with an issue. Guy working there explained in detail both the best and worst case scenarios regarding the fix. Left with a good understanding of what may happen. Phone call later that day to say it was fixed, a day earlier than best case scenario.

  I highly recommend Adnan and his business for all your repair needs whether for your phone or tablet. I recently went in looking for some assistance with a screen protector - Adnan took the time to clean my device and meticulously apply it for me. He refused to charge me. Generous and personal customer service!

  My screen was starting to come off my phone; I took it to Apple and they told me I'd have to buy a newer phone... Took it to itech and they fixed it on the spot, free of charge!!! (Really friendly too!)
